My purchase: how?

Click checkout after adding things to your cart.
You arrive at the payment page.
There are eleven sections on the checkout page:

2. Cart Contents

Displays the cost, quantity, and subtotal of the goods in your shopping basket.

3. Customer Data

Information about orders will be sent to this email address.

4. Delivery Info

Your order address and personal information are included in this section.

5. Billing Details

Enter the details for your credit card. Your payment card number and billing details should match. Inconsistencies in this section will prevent the payment gateway provider from being paid. VermiSolution does not store or disclose credit card information. VermiSolution payments are handled by the banks and payment channels of the parties.

6. Discount Coupon

You must provide the information when placing your order in a separate window, send us an email, or give us a call in order to redeem a discount or gift card.

7. Payment Method

Here, choose the payment option that best suits you. VermiSolution accepts WorldPay, PayPal, and AliPay. VermiSolution does not store or disclose credit card information. Payments for VermiSolution are handled by the parties’ banks and payment channels.

To view our terms and conditions, click view More. By selecting “I agree with the terms above,” you are accepting our terms and conditions. Customers must accept our terms in order to place a purchase.

Click Review Order once the VermiSolution terms have been accepted.
To check your order, this opens the Review Order page.

Click “Submit Order” to finish placing your transaction. Depending on your payment gateway (WorldPay, AliPay, PayPal), the button message will change. Once your order has been confirmed, you may go to the payment gateway page and amend or check your credit card and billing details. Finish making your payment.

An email confirming your order and invoice number will be sent to you after payment has been received.

10. Is an account required to order?

You can shop at VermiSolution without having an account. By making an account, you can get the most out of your VermiSolution buying experience. You can avoid having to enter shipping information again for every purchase by using VermiSolution customer accounts. VermiSolution, our online customer rewards program, allows you to review your order history and collect points that you may use to pay for your subsequent orders.

11. What about delivery?

  1. Delivery costs how much?

When you submit your shipping address during checkout, a manager creates your shipping quote. Feel the shipping address for the most recent shipping quotes in the Billing Information section of the Checkout page.

 

  1. Orders are delivered how?

VermiSolution only uses reputable freight and courier services. We offer quick and standard shipping.

 

  1. When will I get my order?

Most items, unless specified differently, ship within two weeks. We will get in touch with you to discuss the anticipated shipment date if we are unable to ship your item within 14 (fourteen) business days.

 

  1. My order was delivered to the wrong address—what happens?

Orders that are incorrectly addressed are not VermiSolution ‘ fault. We rely on clients to supply correct delivery addresses. In order to update your information, click “My Account” in the upper right corner of your screen. Click edit under the Shipping address page to save your updated contact and address details.
Orders that are returned because of incorrect addresses must be paid for again by the customer.
Returns of unclaimed packages are not obliged to be refunded by VermiSolution. The consumer may, however, resend the package at their own cost.

12. Do I pay customs or duty?

  1. Do I have to pay taxes, tariffs, and customs fees in the recipient country?

Tariffs and taxes imposed by the recipient nation must be paid by customers. Shop Australia is not responsible for delays or seizures at customs. For information on customs and delivery, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

 

  1. What will my customs fees be?

VermiSolution is unable to predict your costs and ships DDU. The duty price on your order is established by the customs office of the recipient country.

13. Can I cancel order?

To cancel my order, what should I do?

Send an email to [email protected] to withdraw from the sale or to cancel your order.au cannot predict your costs and ships DDU. Your order’s duty price is determined by the recipient customs agency.
You are unable to revoke the transaction once your order has been shipped.

14. Can I return or refund a product?

  1. Return a product?

Yes, however to submit a return claim with a product photo, send an email to info@ vermisolution.com.au. A RA(authorization number) is required in order to return defective goods. Refunds for changed preferences on products are not permitted. After delivery, everything becomes the customer’s property.

 

  1. Can I get a refund for returned items?

Yes, VermiSolution refunds items only when they are returned.

 

  1. When my goods arrives broken, malfunctioning, or erroneous, what should I do?

If you receive defective, incorrect, or damaged goods, get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible to request a “Return Claim Form”. Reach info@ vermisolution.com.au by email. Kindly provide a picture of the product. Following that, you’ll get instructions for returning the merchandise along with a return authorization number (RA).

 

  1. What happens when a product is out of stock?

We’ll let you know and give you the choice to wait if the manufacturer withdraws or makes your products temporarily unavailable. Alternatively, we could recommend an other product and provide a similar refund.

Will refund your payment to your account if the items you have selected are not available. Refund procedures could take up to 14 business days.

15. My personal data is safeguarded how?

  1. Is online shopping safe?

Yes, VermiSolution uses the newest security technology to provide safe online buying. When processing payments, our server encrypts sensitive data coming from your computer using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Firewalls protect the data on GoGaddy Web Service LLC servers that host VermiSolution.

 

  1. How safe are my personal data?

VermiSolution protects your personal information by enforcing stringent privacy regulations. VermiSolution will never use your personal information without your consent. For more information, see our privacy policy.

 

  1. Has VermiSolutionstored my credit card data?

VermiSolution does not keep credit card information on file for security reasons. The banks of the parties manage VermiSolution payments.

16. How to pay for my order?

When you’re done shopping, click Checkout. Checkout is now open.

Fill complete the blanks on the checkout page.

Fill out the Billing Information field carefully. Your credit card details should match this section on the payment gateway. Credit card statements are mailed to the billing address each month.

Choose one of the ‘Payment Method’ choices below:

Eftpos/Cash

Online shoppers can choose World Pay, PayPal, or AliPay. Only customers at our actual E-shop can use Eftpos/Cash.

 

After choosing a payment gateway, click Review Order.

 

Visit the Review Order page.

 

You can go back or continue.

 

Click a payment gateway-specific button to continue. The text depends on your choice:

Clicking the button opens the payment gateway page.

All World Shops directs you to a secure payment page when you select your card. Here, you can review or update your cardholder details. After you’re pleased, click Pay.

If you chose PayPal, All World Shops’ PayPal website will open.

Before making a payment, log into PayPal and check the cardholder information. Use the “Pay with a debit or credit card option” if you don’t have a PayPal account, then click Review and Continue. In certain areas, PayPal may require the recipient’s birthdate and place of residence. PayPal does not accept CNY, KRW, MYR, or ZWR.

VermiSolution does not store or disclose credit card information. The parties’ banks and payment gateways handle VermiSolution payments.

17. Do prices include GST?

Yes—Prices are in the Australian Dollar (AUD) and include GST.

18. Contacting your customer service team: how?

For order questions, email [email protected] You can simply fill out the Contact Us Form and our Customer Service Team will respond.

19. Change or recover my password?

  1. Lost my password? What do I do?

To request a new password, click the ‘Request new password’ button located under the User Login box on the left, then enter your email address. We’ll create another password and send it to you over email. Keep in mind that you need to protect your password and login details.

 

  1. How do I access/update my Account?

To see and modify the details of your account, click “My Account” in the upper right corner. To change your address and contact details, click the “Address Book” tab and then “Edit.”

Note that there are separate options for shipping and billing information.

20. How can I receive your newsletters, emails, and notifications?

  1. Why subscribe to the VermiSolution Newsletter? Can I provide feedback?

VermiSolution will occasionally send out newsletters with information on website improvements that are advantageous to our clients. By offering educational communication, these newsletters assist us in enhancing your online buying experience at VermiSolution.
